I love easy days of training. It helps with working on the small things. Next time you have a easy day, work on your form. Working on technique in any sport will help you in the long run. Increase your strength speed and stamina for free.
Today's workout for me:
2.3 km swim- worked on lengthening my stoke.
45 min road run - working technique foot strike. Just a easy relaxed run. My legs will be needed later on in the week.
2:30 hr / 65 km - easy road spin up to the Whistler Olympic park x 2 . I rode with Amber who is just getting into road riding. Due to a Snowboarding/ knee accident. Karma's a bitch , right Amber ?

Great entry, Munny. It's such good way to make a run that might otherwise be junk miles into something meaningful and focused. It could actually become quite Zen, like the breathing in yoga. Thanks.
